This is such an easy review to write. From the start; day1 I make a phone call. By the time we go to bed we have already been visited by the head electrician. I won't mention any names just incase they change personnel. Through text messages, emails and phone calls we were fast on our way to be the new owners of a electrical production system. From first contact to having the loan company contacting us through emails and phone calls they are all very professional. When you talk to the people working here, it was like having family here. I am a maintenance supervisor and to have a crew to come in and work the way they did is a dream for any supervisor. Day 2 they come in and installed the poles and trenched for the wires replaced door seals and wrapped the water heater. They would've replaced light bulbs, but we were already all LED. Day 3 the rest of the frames were put together and the panels installed. there has only been one problem through this process, the Entergy electric company. They do not respond very fast at all. We had to wait three hours for Entergy to just pull the meter with an attitude. Oh, the best thing about all of this is the fact that I own a MOBILE HOME. Yes, we installed an electrical grid for a Home. It did not bother this company that they could not install this system on my roof. They acted as if they were just happy to come and help us help ourselves and the others on the grid. With our electrical system in dire need of upgrades and replacement and wanted my family to not have concerns. I recommend Sun Valley Renewables day in and out and appreciate knowing their plans everyday of what their process is to help me out. And still have their services after you are up and running to use at my convenience to better my grid functions or just to answer a question. Yes, it's long but just a few words isn't good enough. Oh and they set us up on the Nest thermostat control system for our house. It is a learning system. Learning to like it.
